About the Role:

We are seeking a

dedicated and passionate Architectural Designer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate ideas into innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts, drawings, and detailed documentation. Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings using

AutoCAD

and

Revit

. Create 3D models and visualizations using

SketchUp

for design presentations and client reviews. Utilize

Microsoft Excel

for project data management, schedules, and quantity take-offs. Participate in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations. Develop working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation as per project requirements. Ensure design compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and execution phases. Stay updated on new materials, design technologies, and sustainable architecture practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel

is essential. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and detailing. Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment. Passionate about creative design and delivering high-quality work.
