Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer / Junior Architect to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling design solutions. You'll be involved in all phases of design, from schematic development through construction documentation and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual and schematic designs based on client needs and project goals Produce accurate drawings, 3D models, and renderings for presentations and documentation Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and other team members Assist with zoning and building code research, permitting, and technical detailing Support project documentation through construction documents and specifications Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field 1 years of professional experience in an architectural design role (Mandatory) (Salary varies based on experience) Internship opportunities also available Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (Rhino or Enscape or Rendering Software is a plus) Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices
