Job Description

AEODC is looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Architect

to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop Architecture Revit Models. You will be responsible for creating layouts, technical drawings, and design plans that align with client needs, project constraints, and industry standards. (BIM Architect in Delhi NCR & Gurugram)

Responsibilities

Provide design recommendations that align with client vision, site specifics, and current architectural trends. Develop detailed architectural plans and layouts using

BIM software's

- Revit and AutoCAD Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to revise and improve design model. Prepare accurate estimates regarding materials, costs, timelines, and construction resources. Collaborate with client architects, designers, and project teams to ensure BIM Models are per client expectations Ensure that all designs meet applicable

building codes

legal standards

Requirements

Proven experience as an Architectural Designer. Proficiency in

CAD software

(AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and industry codes. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Architecture
