Role Overview
We are looking for a
Architect with a strong design focus
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative leader with hands-on experience in delivering high-quality architectural and interior projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in driving design excellence while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design processes across architectural and interior projects
Drive project stages from concept, schematic design, and design development to construction documentation
Collaborate closely with clients to translate business and brand goals into compelling design solutions
Guide and mentor junior architects and interior designers
Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
Ensure all design and construction documents comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Integrate sustainable and innovative design strategies into projects
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Strong design sensibility with proven professional experience in architecture/interior design
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with a passion for design excellence
