Job Description

An Architectural Designer creates and develops building designs, working closely with clients and other professionals to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to regulations

Conceptualization and Design:

Developing design solutions based on client needs, site analysis, and project requirements. Technical Drawings and Documentation: Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and 3D modeling tools.

Collaboration

: Working with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Material Selection and Specification: Choosing appropriate materials based on design, budget, and performance criteria.

Code Compliance

: Ensuring designs meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Problem-Solving

: Addressing design challenges and adapting solutions to meet evolving project needs. Presentation and Communication: Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent.

Project Management

: Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Essential Skills

Technical Proficiency

: Mastery of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and 3D modeling tools.

Design Sense

: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
