Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)

Location:

Work from home but mat require to be on site

Experience:

0-2 year (Junior Level)

Study requirement:

Bachelor's in Architecture , or Diploma in Architecture or related field

Skills

:

Architectural Drawing Preparation & Understanding Design understanding Willing to learn Code and Zoning by law As Built Drafting Type of Projects: Residential, commercial & Historical or Industrial

Software skills: Revit & AutoCad Must

Additional technical skills: photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape Soft Skill: Disciplined & dedicated

Roles & Responsibility

Modeling in Revit for as buits and proposed building Creating working drawings and Permit drawings Research and review building codes and zoning by laws Be able to work with deadlines Be able to communicate in English Be able to work solely without supervision Be able to collaborate with other consultants as required Be able to read and work with field measurements and site photos
