Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects based on US standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and project coordination. Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Handle clash detection, model validation, and project documentation. Work closely with international clients to meet deadlines and design expectations. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling. Proven experience working on USA-based architectural projects is a must. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software. Strong understanding of US construction codes and standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
