Role: Architectural Designer - ArchiCAD

Location

: Delhi, India | Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD & AutoCAD. Review and interpret drawings for both design & estimation purposes. Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overheads) and perform take-offs. Ensure compliance with USA & Australian building codes and standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate deliverables. Support cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase. Collaborate directly with international clients and participate in virtual project reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch. mandatory). 1-4 years' experience in architectural design & estimation. Proven experience with USA & Australia-based projects. Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory), AutoCAD required (Revit/BIM a plus). Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and estimation workflows. Immediate joining required.
