Architectural Designer (2 year experience)

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and functional outdoor and indoor spaces, collaborating with clients and project teams to bring creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop

, as well as a strong understanding of practical implementation and quantity analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional landscape and interior design concepts based on client needs and site-specific conditions. Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. Prepare and manage design documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and material schedules. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and aligned with project goals. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure seamless execution of designs. Perform quantity take-offs and material cost analysis to support accurate project budgeting and procurement. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology advancements to incorporate innovative ideas into projects. Participate in client presentations and revisions to ensure designs align with their vision and expectations. Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability practices, and project deadlines.
