Architectural QA/QC - Job Responsibilities1. Quality Planning & Standards

Establish and implement

QA/QC procedures

in line with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. Ensure compliance with

architectural standards, contract documents, and statutory regulations

. Prepare and maintain

QA/QC plans, checklists, and method statements

.

2. Drawing & Design Compliance

Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance. Verify that all construction works are executed

as per approved drawings and specifications

. Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams to resolve discrepancies.

Site Quality Control

Conduct routine site inspections for architectural works such as: Masonry & plastering Flooring & wall finishes Joinery & carpentry False ceiling & partitions Painting & facade works Identify non-conformities and issue

NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

. Verify corrective and preventive actions.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

architectural construction & finishes

Understanding of

QA/QC systems and documentation

Attention to detail & aesthetic sense Coordination and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
