Job Description

Design Process invites applications from eco-sensitive architects / landscape architects who believe in designing with nature. This in-office role focuses on developing ecological, regenerative, and climate-responsive landscapes that blend biodiversity, cultural identity, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Evolve planting and habitat-based design frameworks supporting native flora, pollinators, and soil-water relationships. Prepare concept narratives, ecological zoning plans, and planting palettes rooted in regional biodiversity. Work with the studio team to integrate phytoremediation, rainwater harvesting, and carbon-positive strategies into site planning. Assist in research and documentation for eco-resorts, institutional campuses, and urban biodiversity corridors. Create illustrative presentations and infographics that communicate ecological intent to clients and collaborators.
