Job Title: Architectural Assistant/ Architect (AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Ms Office Proficient) : We are a Lucknow based firm seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Architectural Assistant/ Architect who has knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Ms Office with expertise in 2D and 3D modelling and rendering. As an integral part of our architectural team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the realization of innovative designs. Work From Home option is available. Probation period will be of two months. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp software to create precise 2D and 3D architectural drawings and models. - Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions. - Generate detailed architectural plans, elevations, and models. - Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data for design development. - Produce high-quality renderings and visualisations to effectively communicate design concepts. Requirements: - Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp is essential. - Strong understanding of architectural principles and design fundamentals. - Demonstrated experience in 2D and 3D rendering and modelling. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in above described softwares. -On paper working experience is not required but work will first be analysed and then Joining Confirmation shall be given. - Freelance option is also available.
