Job Description

Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on sketches, specifications, and design requirements.

Utilize architectural drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.

Prepare technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Incorporate design changes and revisions into existing drawings, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Participate in design review meetings, providing input and insights based on your expertise

Ensure that architectural drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Perform quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in the drawings and coordinate with relevant team members for necessary revisions.

Check and verify the work of peers

Train and motivate junior draftsman

Coordinate with client for project update/query

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.

Proficiency in architectural drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications. Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulations. Familiarity with structural engineering principles and terminology is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings and documentation. Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Total Experience Required 5 to 7 yrs.

Industrial Projects preferable

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
