Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural designs Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements Develop detailed, photo-realistic renderings and animations Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into visualizations Stay updated with latest visualization techniques and software advancements Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field Proven expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD) Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and strong creative vision Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
