Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Studio Manager at Archespaco located in Trivandrum. The Studio Manager will participate in Managing, the Architectural studio, designing and developing architectural projects from concept through construction. Will be responsible for collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design and construction are completed in accordance with plans and specifications. The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing the Architectural studio creating project drawings, detailing construction plans, and reviewing contract documents while working alongside a team of Architects and Designers.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other design software
Experience in building detailing, specifications, and construction administration
Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in sustainable design, models for energy use, and passive design techniques is a plus
National Council of Architecture Registration is a plus
Ability to take project independently and work in as team when required.
