An architect is responsible for designing and planning buildings, spaces, and structures that are functional.

Age : below 40

Office Location - T.Nagar, Habibullah Road

Office Hours

9:30 to 18:30 - Base Hours

We have overtime pay based on biometric (every minute will be paid for)

Usual office employee timing - 10:00 to 20:00

Responsibilities

Create plans and drawings Producing & checking drawings and 3D views Coordination with client side Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process Coordinate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Coordinate with Site team and arrange necessary drawings and inputs Coordination with structural engineer

Qualifications

Proficient in CAD

Understand Drawings & 3D views

Laptop supporting Lumion ( under 1 year experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
