We are seeking a skilled

Architects &

Architectural Draughtsman

with a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience to join our

Team

. Should be capable of preparing precise architectural drawings and coordinating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural

working drawings/Municipal drawings

in accordance with design intent and industry standards.

Proficiency in

AutoDCR/PreDCR, BPMS,

AutoCAD

,

ZWCAD

and other drafting software (e.g.,

Revit, SketchUp

- if applicable

).

Review and interpret building specifications, architectural plans, and construction documents.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

AutoDCR/PreDCR, BPMS,

AutoCAD

,

ZWCAD

and other drafting software (e.g.,

Revit, SketchUp

- if applicable

).

Strong understanding of building construction techniques, materials, and detailing.

Ability to prepare and interpret electrical and structural framing drawings.

Good knowledge of architectural standards, codes, and regulations.

Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.

Effective communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and consultants.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.

Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
