Job Description

We are looking for talented Architects & Designers with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit to join our team.

Key Requirements: o Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural & design projects. o Expertise in Autodesk Revit preferred. o Strong design, visualization and detailing skills. o Good Communication and project coordination abilities. creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects taking into account constraints such as town planning legislation, environmental impacts and project budgets Develop initial design concepts, sketches, and 3D models that align with client needs, aesthetics, and budget. completing planning applications and taking advice from local authorities, legal professionals and governmental new build departments writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts specifying the requirements for each project adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction playing a role in project and team management Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
