This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Malappuram. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the environmental, safety, structural, and aesthetic standards. The Architect will also be expected to communicate with clients and stakeholders, provide cost estimates, and supervise other design professionals as needed. Overall, the Architect will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Minimum 1 years of experience in architectural design and construction
Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling ( lumion ) tools
Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on innovation and sustainability
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
