We are expanding our design leadership team and inviting talented professionals to join us across
with strong command over corporate interior design, technical detailing, and end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will independently drive complex projects, mentor teams, and lead client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead design pitches, proposals & RFP responses including concepts & layouts.
2. Respond and present to prospective clients & pitch for new projects.
3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and manage approvals.
4. Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, vendors & project teams.
5. Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent.
6. Mentor mid & junior design team members.
Key Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
10+ years' experience in corporate interiors (mandatory)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Strong understanding of materials, codes & industry standards
Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership
Mid-Level Architect (5-10 Years' Experience)
Role Overview
We are hiring a
Mid-Level Architect
who can independently manage projects, lead client discussions, and ensure accurate design documentation while coordinating closely with consultants and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Junior Architect
proficient in working drawings and coordination, capable of supporting client interactions and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare layouts & complete working drawing sets
2. Support concept development & senior presentations
3. Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors & site teams
4. Conduct site visits & resolve drawing-related queries
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
1-5 years' experience in corporate interiors
Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp preferred)
