Junior Architects (experienced or freshers)

Architect

- 2 to 3 years of experience

Junior Architect

- 0 to 1 year of experience / Freshers can apply

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

Skills Required

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office

Working knowledge of

Revit and BIM modelling

Knowledge of architectural design tools Understanding of

local building rules and regulations

Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication and coordination skills Experience with

V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape

, or similar tools is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design documents Develop concept designs and detailed working drawings Create

3D models

and coordinate exterior elevation designs Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements Attend and conduct client meetings as required Conduct site visits and monitor execution when necessary Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations Handle design revisions and updates Maintain proper project documentation and records Prepare supporting drawings for project execution Assist in interior design coordination and theme development
