Job Description

12-15 Years of exp as Java Full Stack Architect.Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements.



Define end-to-end application architecture covering user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and data layers.



Design scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions aligned with enterprise standards.



Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical documentation.



Guide development teams on design decisions, coding approaches, and implementation alignment with the architecture.



Review application designs and code at key milestones to ensure consistency with approved architectural standards.



Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.



Identify technical risks, performance concerns, and scalability challenges early and propose mitigation strategies.



Support sprint planning, estimations, and prioritization by providing architectural input.



Participate in design reviews, technical governance forums, and architecture councils.



Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.



Support deployment planning, production readiness, and post-release reviews.



Continuously assess existing applications and recommend improvements or modernization opportunities.
