Location - Meerut (Delhi Road)

Salary - 15to 20k

Experience required - freshers & Experienced both can apply

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations. Prepare design proposals, presentation drawings, and architectural renderings. Create detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution. Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design, quality standards, and budget. Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve issues. Modify designs based on feedback and changes during construction phases. Stay updated on current trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect (preferred or as per regional requirement). 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and planning. Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects. LEED certification or knowledge of sustainable building practices. Ability to work in a team and independently under deadlines.
