Job Description

Lead the interior architectural design of commercial spaces from initial concept to detailed execution. Develop space planning, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD. Create mood boards, presentations, and material boards that reflect the brand identity and project goals. Collaborate with clients, consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors to align the design intent with technical and operational requirements. Ensure optimal space utilization while adhering to fire safety, accessibility, and building regulations. Specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting appropriate for high-traffic commercial environments. Oversee on-site work, resolve design issues during excution, and conduct quality checks. Keep up with trends in commercial interior design, sustainability, and workplace experience. Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for samples, quotes, and lead times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture. 2-4 years of experience in commercial interior architecture or related fields. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in offices, retail, or hospitality interior
