Role Requirements

Active B1 Visa is Mandatory. We are looking for a Full Stack Architect/Associate Architect with strong architectural expertise and deep hands-on experience across Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and IIS. The ideal candidate must be proficient in application architecture design, performance tuning, and end-to-end ownership of enterprise-grade solutions. Significant exposure to hosting and configuration environments is essential. Architect, design, and deliver high-performance enterprise applications using Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Define and implement best practices for coding, architecture, security, and performance. Take complete ownership of IIS setup, deployment pipelines, and application hosting architecture, ensuring secure and scalable configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Authentication, Application Pools, and service account connectivity. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and scaling. Act as a technology guide for development teams and drive solution architecture across projects. Mandatory Technical Skills Frontend :Angular (11+) Strong knowledge of architectural best practices, lazy loading, and reusable components Backend :.NET Core, including Microservices, Middleware, API Gateway, Security, and Identity Database :SQL Server, including data modeling, partitioning, and performance tuning Hosting / Deployment :Extensive experience with IIS configuration and troubleshooting Application Pool and Worker Process tuning Authentication strategies, including Windows Authentication and service accounts Hosting diagnostics and event log analysis Additional Expectations :Demonstrated experience in designing full-stack architecture from scratch Hands-on leadership with the ability to code, design, and mentor Ability to take complete technical ownership across all application layers Soft Skills :Strong documentation and solutioning skills Clear articulation of technical decisions and trade-offs Leadership in architecture discussions and code reviews Preferred Qualifications :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field Cloud exposure (Azure preferred) is a plus * Certifications in .NET or Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
