Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 3D Visualization & Rendering using Google Sketchup. Create high-quality 3D visualizations (interior and exterior) for architectural projects.

Develop photorealistic renderings using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion etc.

Produce walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations for presentations.

2. Concept Development

Interpret architectural designs. Working knowledge of Auto CAD preferred and ability to translate 2D drawings into realistic 3D models.

Work on mood boards and conceptual visualization to aid design development.

3. Modeling & Texturing

Develop accurate 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and design briefs.

Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to 3D models.

Optimize scenes for rendering speed and quality.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure visual outputs align with design intent.

Revise renders based on feedback and updates from the design team.

Manage multiple visualization tasks and deliver within deadlines.

5. Software Proficiency

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit (optional), V-Ray/Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.

Knowledge of real-time rendering tools like, Enscape, or Unreal Engine is an advantage.

6. Presentation & Communication

Assist in preparing visual materials for client presentations, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Communicate technical and design ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Architecture or any Degree in Design.

Experience: Demonstrated success in an interior or architecture firm preferably operating in the residential space.
