Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts as per project requirements Conduct regular

site visits

to monitor progress and ensure design compliance Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings Ensure adherence to local building by-laws and Kolkata municipal regulations Review materials, workmanship, and construction quality on site Assist in project planning, timelines, and cost control Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a Diploma from a recognized institution 1-5 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply if skilled)
Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

Working knowledge of

SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Photoshop

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to be

on site
