Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in POS Basics Oracle Xstore Point of Sale Oracle SQL Core Java J2EE and Spring Core. This role involves designing and implementing robust solutions to enhance our retail systems ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for retail systems using POS Basics and Oracle Xstore Point of Sale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Implement Oracle SQL to manage and optimize database performance ensuring data integrity and security. Utilize Core Java and J2EE to build robust and maintainable applications that meet industry standards. Integrate Spring Core framework to enhance application functionality and streamline development processes. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Document technical specifications and system designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables ensuring timely and successful project completion. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining a secure and compliant environment. Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of POS Basics and Oracle Xstore Point of Sale with proven experience in implementation. Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle SQL with the ability to optimize and manage complex databases. Exhibit expertise in Core Java and J2EE with a track record of developing robust applications. Have experience with Spring Core framework enhancing application functionality and efficiency. Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
