Role Overview:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Architect (B.Tech/B.Arch)

with

2-3 years of experience

in real estate projects. The candidate will play a key role in

designing, planning, and coordinating residential & commercial developments

, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

design development, concept planning, and working drawings

for real estate projects. Prepare

2D/3D models, layouts, and presentations

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors during different phases of construction. Conduct

site visits

to ensure design implementation and quality standards. Ensure compliance with

building bye-laws, codes, and local regulations

. Support senior architects in design proposals and client presentations. Contribute innovative ideas in

sustainable and modern design solutions

for residential and commercial spaces.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office

. Good understanding of

real estate project requirements

. Strong design sense, attention to detail, and creativity. Knowledge of

building regulations, approvals, and statutory compliance

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Architecture / B.Arch from a recognized institute. 2-3 years of experience in

real estate / architectural design projects
