Key Responsibilities:
Prepare concept, working, and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects.
Coordinate architectural layouts with structural and MEP consultants to produce clash-free coordination drawings.
Present design concepts and layouts to senior management and clients.
Liaise with government authorities for sanction drawings, approvals, and NOCs.
Develop BOQs for architectural and interior works; coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution.
Supervise site execution of architectural and interior works, ensuring quality and snag-free delivery.
Create 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs as per project and client requirements.
Work closely with internal teams (planning, legal, accounts) for smooth project flow.
Participate in architectural competitions and design evolution discussions.
* Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring skill development and quality deliverables.
