Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, materials, and cost estimates
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction issues
Review and approve architectural documentation and technical drawings
Manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
2-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office
Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects
Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering
Understanding of sustainable and green building concepts
