JOB DESCRIPTION:

? Lead the architectural team in designing and delivering projects that meet project's needs and exceed their expectations.

? Develop and drive architectural designs and concepts for new and existing projects.

? Oversee detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Revit, and SketchUp.

? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

? Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, operations team, management, external vendors, and stakeholders.

? Ensure project completion within budget, negotiate on BoQ, and finalise the same within the stipulated timeline.

? Incorporate flexible layouts, ergonomic designs, and modern aesthetics.

Skills and Qualifications

? Candidates must have done B.Arch degree from a recognised University.

?10-15 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.

?Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry standards.

? Experience working in an architectural firm is essential.

? Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects, teams, and clients.

? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

? Experience with design software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite).
