Job Description

We are seeking a qualified

B.Arch Architect

with a minimum of

3 years of professional experience

to join our design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in architecture, a sound understanding of construction practices, and working knowledge of basic structural systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction detailing Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for smooth project execution Understand and apply construction methodologies, materials, and on-site practices Assist in design development from concept to execution stages Ensure drawings are compliant with relevant by-laws, codes, and standards Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Working knowledge of construction techniques and basic structural principles Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software is an added advantage Strong design sensibility with practical problem-solving ability Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
