Key Responsibilities:
Architectural design, planning, and space optimization
Preparation of concept drawings, working drawings & detailed drawings
Coordination with structural, MEP & other consultants
Client meetings and incorporation of design requirements
Site visits for supervision, quality checks & design compliance
Approval of shop drawings, materials & samples
Coordination with contractors for execution as per drawings
Ensuring compliance with local building by-laws and regulations
Preparation of BOQs, area statements & design documentation
