Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site engineers, and clients.
Prepare BOQs, material lists, and design specifications.
Conduct site visits to oversee construction, installation, and quality checks.
Ensure compliance with building standards & safety guidelines.
Collaborate with design team for creative inputs and innovation.
Manage project timelines and deliver final architectural outputs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture / Interior Architecture.
4-5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or lifestyle projects.
Strong understanding of materials, structures & construction techniques.
Ability to convert concepts into functional, aesthetic designs.
Good communication and client-coordination skills.
