We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts for commercial, or Govt. projects.
Prepare working drawings, 3D views, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed properly.
Conduct site visits ongoing projects when required.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Photoshop, and other design tools.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
