SD Architects and planners is looking for a fresher Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Concept Development: Interpret sketches, rough drawings, or specifications provided by architects, or designers

2. To create detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details

3. Develop drawings by incorporating changes and revisions to existing drawings as directed

4. Follow specific drawing conventions and formatting requirements

5. Communication and Collaborate with architects, designers, MEP and other professionals to incorporate design requirements while understanding project objectives

6. Communicate effectively to clarify design intent and resolve any issues or discrepancies

7. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines

8. Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications

9. Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records Create and update drawing registers, revision logs, and other documentation as required

10. Manage drawing archives and retrieval processes

11. Continuous Learning and Development:Stay updated with the latest drafting software and technologies

12. Share best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

13. Software required:

A. Auto cad

B. MS Office

C. Sketchup(will be preferred)

Exp: 0-2 yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
