Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, or other modules as per business needs. Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server. Maintain platform stability, performance, and upgrades including patch management and version upgrades. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and user guides. Follow ServiceNow best practices and ensure security and compliance standards are met. * Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.
