Design Development

: Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts for residential projects, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.

Drafting and Documentation

: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software under the guidance of senior architects.

Site Visits

: Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects, ensuring conformity to design specifications and standards.

Client Interaction

: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and communicate design solutions effectively.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations, coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.

Software Proficiency

: Civil 3D, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, specifically within the residential sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field with a specialization in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing residential design projects Excellent communication and teamwork skills
