Architect

with at least

1 year of professional experience

to join our growing team and contribute to our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and green projects. Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software. Support team in design development, project planning, and client presentations. Ensure designs align with sustainability goals, building codes, and environmental regulations. Conduct site visits to track project progress and prepare reports. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of designs. Research and recommend sustainable materials and modern architectural practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Minimum

1 year of professional experience

in architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software. Basic knowledge of green building codes, LEED, or GRIHA is an added advantage. Strong creativity, visualization, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Open to travel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
