Architectural Design : Lead the design process for projects, ensuring that architectural plans meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability criteria.
Project Documentation: Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation, including technical drawings and specifications, to support project execution.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their vision is achieved and expectations are managed.
Coordination with Consultants: Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate all aspects of design and construction.
Site Supervision : Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with architectural plans and standards.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max
Key Requirements
Experience : 3-4 years of professional experience in architecture, particularly within the real estate sector.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in advanced architectural design software.
Experience with sustainable building practices.
