Key Responsibilities

Develop

architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models

. Work on

conceptual designs, space planning, and detailing

. Prepare

working drawings and construction documentation

. Collaborate with

clients, consultants, and site engineers

to ensure project execution as per design intent. Ensure designs comply with

building codes, regulations, and safety standards

. Stay updated with

latest architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and modern software tools

.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Architecture Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (Rendering Tools) MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint for reporting & presentations)

Skills:

Strong creativity and design visualization. Knowledge of construction materials and methods. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.

Experience:

[Freshers / Minimum 1-3 Years preferred]
