Job Brief

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and execution of building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with technical precision to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling structures.

Key Responsibilities

Control projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design
Interpret client briefs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals
Create architectural concepts aligned with client needs, building usage, and environmental impact
Produce detailed blueprints and revise designs as needed
Prepare project specifications and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle
Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and architectural visualization tools
Deep understanding of building materials, construction processes, and safety regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Creativity and attention to detail
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Licensure to practice architecture (e.g., passing the Architect Registration Examination)
