Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented

Architect

with strong structural understanding and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complete layout plans with structural detailing (foundation, columns, beams, and slabs) Create architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD Ensure accuracy in design and drafting Coordinate with civil engineers and site teams for structural implementation Conduct site visits when required to ensure design execution

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch is mandatory) Strong knowledge of structural design principles Proficient in AutoCAD and architectural drafting Ability to prepare detailed working drawings independently Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply)
