Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural planning and design development Site surveys and documentation Interior design planning and execution Coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants Preparation of detailed 2D drawings and 3D models Handling project timelines and team coordination Understanding and working with contour maps and site levels Managing project execution as per design and standards

Required Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and other relevant design tools Strong knowledge of

2D & 3D drafting

Good understanding of

interior design

Knowledge of

structural basics

and technical detailing Experience in

surveying

and

working with contours

Strong

time management

and

team-handling

abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent 5 to 8 years of professional experience
