We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and licensed

Architect

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with client requirements, zoning laws, and building codes. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts and designs in accordance with client goals and project requirements Prepare drawings, blueprints, construction documents, and specifications Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and project alignment Stay informed about zoning regulations, building codes, and sustainable design practices Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently Utilize CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create design presentations Ensure that all designs meet legal, safety, and environmental standards Supervise junior staff and provide mentorship where needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 2-4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
