Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts as per client requirements
Prepare
2D drawings, 3D views, working drawings, and construction documents
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants
Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design/site issues
Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, NBC, and approval norms
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design presentations
Handle client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
Support project approvals and documentation
