Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing data-driven solutions using Power BI Tableau and Databricks. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can transform complex data into actionable insights enhancing our business intelligence capabilities. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data architectures that leverage Power BI Tableau and Databricks to deliver comprehensive business intelligence solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy consistency and security across all platforms and solutions. Optimize data processing and visualization techniques to enhance performance and user experience. Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the use of Power BI Tableau and Databricks. Conduct regular reviews and updates of data architecture to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Lead the integration of new data sources and tools into existing systems to expand analytical capabilities. Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data architecture and business intelligence. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting the use of analytics across the organization. Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality. Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions using Power BI Tableau and Databricks. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams. Show proficiency in data modeling visualization and reporting techniques. Have a solid understanding of data security and governance principles.
