Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Selenium Test Automation Mobile Test Automation GEN AI Testing and Device Testing. The role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge testing solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will contribute to the companys innovation in testing technologies enhancing product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Oversee the integration of GEN AI Testing methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Provide expertise in Mobile Test Automation to ensure comprehensive testing across various devices and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing challenges effectively. Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium to automate repetitive testing tasks. Ensure thorough Device Testing to guarantee optimal performance across different hardware. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new testing tools and technologies to improve testing processes. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation and device testing. Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and methodologies. Document and report testing outcomes to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability. Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and apply them to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Selenium and Test Automation with proven experience. Demonstrate expertise in Mobile Test Automation and Device Testing. Experience with GEN AI Testing is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
