Job Description

The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of architectural projects from initial concept through construction. The role requires a balance of creative design thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure innovative, functional, and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs in line with client requirements and regulatory standards. Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and project updates. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction issues. Support sustainable design practices and innovative materials use. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
